Operations

1. Input designes or photoes to the computer using the scanner or digital camera, and design, modify pictures in computer. Then print pictures on paper using ordinary ink by color ink-jet printer.

2. Crop the picture with a circle cutter, the picture should be cut into circle using the tool such as a compass according to the size of the badge to be made, and it is slightly larger than the badge.

3. Install the upper and lower mold to the rack of the machine.

4. Put on the tinplate lid, the picture, the transparent film and the plastic base(tinplate base) with pin by turns.

5. Adjust the location of mold.

6. Press down the machine handle till the upper and lower of mold can be folded.

7. Remove the finished badge, and the color image printed on paper can be stamped to the badges.

Note: For the pin button  mould, badge material and the badge paper cutter, we have five size for each item: 25mm/32mm/44mm/58mm/75mm.
